Strawberries are slowly simmered into a soft nougat confection, with a perfectly balanced sweet-tart profile. The cookie is made with French butter and paired with Japanese roasted hojicha. Warm tea notes meet fresh fruit flavours, creating a layered, light, and not overly sweet cookie that is easy to enjoy throughout the festive season.

It can be stored without open for 1 month at room temperature. After open please store the cookies in air tight container, in order to preserve freshness. Store away from direct sunlight and keep in cold dry place. It is recommended to consume within 7 days after opening to avoid the cookies gone soggy or losing the flavor.

We only accept pre-ordering at least 3 days in advance after remitted or bank-in. Because we bake daily and ensure the freshest cake brought to you.
