Storage & Serving Tips

Best consumed within 3 days of receipt when refrigerated, or freeze immediately for up to 20 days. (Best to keep in freezer (-18°C).

Serving Tips:

Tips 1) Lava (Oven/Air Fryer):

→ Preheat oven to 180°C for about 5 minutes. Remove packaging and place the mooncakes directly into the oven from frozen for about 10 (±2) minutes. No thawing is required.

Tips 2) Soft heart (Room temperature 25°C)

→ Thaw mooncakes directly from frozen at room temperature (25°C)

for about 2 hours. The filling will become soft heart & thicker, the crust will gradually soften. 

Transportation Tips

Due to the temperature sensitivity, we recommend transporting this product by car. Keep the Aircon on high and avoid sun exposure.

For journeys longer than 1 hour, use a cooler bag and ice packs to preserve freshness.
