Topped with fresh Japanese melon, muscat grapes, and shimmering Tsubaki oolong jelly, each bite is a refreshing balance of floral tea notes and natural fruit sweetness.

Storage & Serving Tips

• Keep refrigerated (0-4°C) immediately upon receipt for at least 30 mins. Avoid freezing.
• Take out from fridge and consume within 20-25 minutes for optimal taste and texture. Best serving temp: (10°C - 12°C).
• Use a stainless steel knife for clean slices. Fork into every layer to savour the full experience. (Plastic knife will be provided for convenient used)
• Best consumed within the SAME DAY.

Transportation Tips

Due to their temperature sensitivity, we recommend transporting our cakes only by car. Ensure the cake is placed on a level surface at all times and keep the Aircon on high and avoid sun exposure.

For journeys longer than 1 hour, you may add on a cooler bag with ice packs to preserve freshness.

Note: We do not provide cooler bags with orders, but we deliver our cakes using disposable aluminum foil cooler bags to ensure optimal quality.
